This object identifies the third alternate gatekeeper DNS name or IP address for this H323 device.
This is applicable only for H323 devices with gatekeepers configured. When there is no third
alternate H323 gatekeeper, this object contains an empty string. The type of address for this is
identified by ccmH323DevAltGK3InetAddressType.
