Cisco Unified Serviceability Alarms and CiscoLog Messages
Recommended Action
This alarm serves as a notification of the script closure, if the alarm has occurred due to a SIP trunk
maintenance window or any other expected reason for the script to close. If this alarm is unexpected,
check for an occurrence of the SIPNormalizationScriptError alarm and refer to the specific action based
on the reason code identified in the SIPNormalizationScriptError alarm.

SIPNormalizationAutoResetDisabled

An error occurred repeatedly and Cisco Unified CM disabled the script.
The script failed due to execution errors that occurred three times within a 10 minute period. As a result,
the normalization script for the indicated SIP device has been disabled. Cisco Unified CM do not
attempts to automatically reset either the script or the device for the purpose of recovering the script.
