    If a Cisco Unity Express voice-mail session is in progress, a second session for the same user cannot be initiated. This does not apply to voice-mail sessions that are initiated by an Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) client, such as Microsoft Office Outlook.

    To manage fax messages: Dial in to the Cisco Unity Express system. The voice prompt summarizes how many new and saved Step 1 messages your have.

    You can compose voice messages for delivery to external numbers or nonsubscribers. You can set up delivery dates for up to one year in advance. Perform steps in the “Accessing Cisco Unity Express by Phone” section on page 4 to reach the main Step 1 voice-mail menu.
