The box defines a type of name service and host addresses:

Time Box
The box controls the time server host:
Time
• lists the IP address that a RAC queries for time service.
Host
You can enter:
– A loopback address (127.0.0.1) to disable time service queries.
– A host address to send queries to a specific host.
– A broadcast address to send queries to a specific network or
networks instead of sending a general broadcast to all
networks.
– 0.0.0.0 to direct the RAC to query the boot host.
Logging Box
The box specifies a log host for the RACs you selected.
Logging
contains an IP address for the host that logs RAC messages. If you enter
, the RAC broadcasts its log messages.
