allows a RAC or an ISDN Primary Rate RAC to decode the LAT host data-b
packets, which change asynchronous call parameters. Refer to the documentation
of your LAT host.

requesting that flow control (XON/XOFF) be turned off, the RAC
turns off flow control and passes XON/XOFF characters to the host.
This scenario can adversely affect XON/XOFF and the terminal
cursor keys.
