-1 Path error
(0xFFFF) The specified path is invalid.
Device No. error
The specified device No. is out of range.
-2 Device No. in the bit device settings is not a multiple of 8.
(0xFFFE) Device No. plus the number of points specified in mdRandR/
mdRandREx/mdRandW/mdRandWEx function exceeds the range for
the same block.
-3 Device type error
(0xFFFD) The specified device type is invalid.
Size error
-5 The device No. plus size exceeds the device range.
(0xFFFB) Access was attempted in odd byte(s).
The device No. plus size exceeds the range for the same block.
Number of blocks error
-6
The number of blocks specified in dev[0] for mdRandR/mdRandREx/
(0xFFFA)
mdRandW/mdRandWEx is out of range.
-8 Channel No. error

functions and MELSEC data link functions.
