Displays the "Slot No." of the mounted module, the stage No. of the base
unit mounted with the module, and the installation position on the base
unit.
Specify the type of the mounted module.
In a multiple CPU system configuration, no error will be displayed even if
"CPU (Empty)" is set to the position not supported by the C Controller
module. Check for incorrect setting.
