10.3.4 Programming using MELSEC data link functions
The following shows the outline of user program creation using the MELSEC data link
functions.
Task start
Opens a communication line. (mdOpen function)
Makes dummy access (reading a device, a model
name, etc.) to each access target.
Using a MELSEC data link function, accesses the target
(Programmable controller CPU, CC-Link IE controller
network module, MELSECNET/H module, CC-Link
module, etc.).
Terminate the program (task)?
Yes
Closes the communication line. (mdClose function)
