(c) Link device refresh
Data are refreshed between the link devices and internal link device buffers by the
link device refresh cycle and refresh parameters set in the CC IE Control utility.
( Section 4.5.4)
The ranges that are set by the refresh parameters from the <<Parameter
settings>> tab of the CC IE Control utility and that are set in Network range
