14.2.3.2 Log-backup to TFTP

Use the following window to save a copy of system-logs or attack-logs of a
switch into a TFTP server.
Choose Tools > Log Backup > Log Backup to TFTP (Servers) from the
tool-bar to display the following window.
You can configure the following parameters.
Parameter
TFTP Server IP
Destination File
Log Type
Click Backup to start performing a backup.

Enter an IP address of a TFTP server.
• IPv4 - Choose and enter an IPv4 address of the TFTP
server.
• IPv6 - Choose and enter an IPv6 address of the TFTP
server.
Enter the destination path and location on the TFTP
server where log files are saved. The number of
characters for this field can be up to 64.
Choose the log type, which is backed up to the TFTP
server.
• System Log - The system log is backed up.
• Attack Log - Ensures that the attack-logs are backed
up.
