Troubleshooting

If you find any problems of the product (or device) you purchased, please
check the following steps.

◆ LED

○ If the POWER LED does not light up:
● Is the power-cord unplugged?
  Please check if your device is securely connected.
● Is the device used in the environment where the operating-
○ If the port LED does not light up with the status mode:
● Are cables securely connected to the corresponding port?
● Are appropriate cables used?
● Is the equipment connected to a corresponding port 10BASE-T,
● A failure may occur because of an auto-negotiation.
● Do you choose the LED display mode of a correct port with the
○ If the port LED (right-side) lights up with an orange color:
● A loop occurs. Deactivating the loop turns off the orange-colored
○ LOOP HISTORY (a loop history mode): If the LED flashes with a green

● This indicates the port, which is found during the loop or after
