Cause
This error is displayed when
the data for 2nd and 3rd
registration marks of horizontal
lines are not in the cutting area.
The direction of output is
incorrect.
The horizontal line of 1st or 4th
registration mark is not printed
in the scanning area.
The horizontal line of 1st or
4th registration mark is able to
detect in scanning area.
The data was output by the
incorrect direction.
When the media was loaded
by the ROLL 2, the media
was not loaded to the front of
registration mark.
The horizontal line of the 3rd
or 4th registration mark is not
printed in the scanning area.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Solution
Create the registration mark where
it is printed at the 6 mm inside from
the cutting area.
Output the cutting data by correct
direction.
Print the horizontal line of 1st or 4th
registration mark at least 21 mm
inside from the front edge of media.
When the media was set with the
ROLL 2, set it at least 21 mm from
front of the horizontal line of 1st or
4th registration mark.
Confirm there is enough margin to
the 1st and the 4th registration mark
from the front edge of media.
Confirm the media is not tilting when
the media is loading to the plotter.
If it is tilting, the margin from 1st and
the 4th to front edge of media needs
more.
Use the large size of registration
mark.
Output the data by correct direction.
Set the ROLL 2 at least 21 mm
front of horizontal line of 1st or 4th
registration mark, and the ROLL 2
position must be onto the media.
Print the vertical line of 3rd and 4th
registration marks that the left side
push roller is possible to put the 6
mm outside from vertical line of 3rd
and 4th registration marks.
And confirm the media is not tilting
when the media is loading to the
plotter.
If it is tilting, the margin from the left
push roller position to the 3rd and
4th registration marks needs more.
