TROUBLESHOOTING
Cause
Solution
Replace the X or Y
motor.
Or replace the main
board.
Do not use heavy roll
media.
Use the pre-feed
function when the roll

Lower the cutting
SPEED and/or the
cutting FORCE.
And cut it by multi pass.
Turn off the plotter,
remove the obstacle,
then turn the plotter
back on.
Use the basket.
Connect the X motor
cables securely.
