[Procedure]
Press a [Barrier Filter (Address)] button.
The barrier filter is switched. The button for the currently
selected barrier filter is highlighted (with a check mark on
the [MICROSCOPE CONTROL] screen, or with a yellow
frame on the [MIC EASY] screen).
