[Procedure]
Press an [Excitation Filter (Address)] button.
The excitation filter is switched. The button for the
currently selected excitation filter is highlighted (with a
check mark on the [MICROSCOPE CONTROL] screen, or
with a yellow frame on the [MIC EASY] screen).
