[MIC SETUP] → [MOVEMENT]
Press the [PATH], [FL TURRET], and [FL 2nd] button under
[CAPTURE INTERLOCK] to change the settings.
Pressing each button opens a sub screen showing
options. Select the desired interlocked operation.
After making changes to the settings, be sure to press the [SAVE] button on the [MAIN] screen to save the settings to the
microscope's memory. If the microscope is turned off without saving settings, previous values are restored. For more
information on saving, see "1 Bulk Saving of Settings ([MAIN] Screen)" in this chapter.
