Rear Brake Caliper - Honda CBR600F4i Series Service Manual

Push the brake hose eyelet to the stoppe r on the
ca liper, then tighten t he oi l bolt to the specified
Lurque.
TORQUE: 34 N•m (3.5 kgf•m , 25 lbf.ftl
Fill and b leed the front brake hydrauli c system (page
15-4}.

Drain the rear hrnke hynraulir: system (page 15-5).
Remove the oil bolt, sealing washers and l nake ho se
eyelet joint.
Remove th e ca liper bracket
bolt
and t he brake
pads
(µage 15-8).
Pivot the caliper up and remove 11.
DISASSEMBLY
Remove t he pad spring, col lar and boot from the
caliµer body.
