FRONT WHEEL/ SUSPENSION/STEERING

TORQUE: 23 N•m (2.3 kgf•m, 17 lbf•ft)
Install the handlebar.
Make sure the handlebar boss is pos itioned in the fork
t op bridge groove.
Tighten the hanc11 ehar pinch bolt SP.c:urP.ly .
.'-light fork:
Secure the handlebar switch w ire with the wire h1mc1.
Leh fc,;-k.
Secure the handlebar switch and horn w ire with the
w ire hanc1s (p11ge 1-23).
Insta ll the rro nt wheel (page
13-13).

Remove the following:
- Front wheel (page

- Upper wwl (page 2-7)
- H11nolP.h11rs (page
13-3)
Release the wire band and clamp, then disconnect t he
ignition switch 4P (Wh ite) connec tor.
RP.move t he bolt and front brake hose clamp.
Disconnect the horn connector.
Remove th e bolt and horn unit.
