A LTERNATOR COVER
Install the stator into the alternator cover.
Apply sealant to the wi re grommet, th en i nstall the
wire yrummet into the alternator groove securely.
Install and tighten the stator mounting socket bolts
to
the specified torq ue.
TORQUE: 12 N•m (1.2 kgf•m, 9 !bf.ft)
Install the w i re clamp ;imJ lighten the bo lt to the sper.-
ified to rque.
TORQUE: 12 N•m (1 .2 kgf•m, 9 lbf,ft)
FLYWHEEL REMOVAL
Remove t he alternotor cover (page 10-2).
Re move t he starter reductio n gear shaft and red ucti on
gear.
