Install the drive cha in slider oligning the slit wit h the
boss on the swingarm.
Insta ll the drive chain slider bosses into the hole in the
!'lwing1Hm.
Install and t ighten the new drive chain slider mount-
ing bolts to the specified torq ue
TORQUE: 9 N •m (0.9 kgf•m, 6.5 lbf.ft)
INSTALLATION
Be sure to tig ht en t he swi ngarm pivot fasteners to the
specified torque in the specified seq uence. If ynu
no
not tighten the fasteners to the correct t orque or in the
p roper sequence, loosen all f.)ivot fasteners, then
tighten them again to thP. srP.cififid torque in the cor-
rect sequence.

Install the left and right adjusting bo lts sot they do
not project out of th e frame inner surface.
2.0bt ain a spare pivot bolt (P/N 52101-MBW-000) or
use a 20 m m (0.8 in) 0 .D. shaft.
Set the sw in garm into the frame and t he shock link
plates ond temporarily insert the pivot bo lt from thP.
left side to support the swingarm.
