Apply grease to the upper anti lowP.r hearings and
bearing races.
Install th e lower he11ring onto the steering stem.
Insert the steering stem into the stee ring head pipe.
Insta ll u pper beari ng. in ner race and dust seal.
Apply oil to the bea rin g adjustment nut threads.
Instal l and t ight en the
str:111
uearing adjusting nut to
the initial torque.
TOOL:
Steering stem socket
07916-3710101
TORQUE: 25 N•m (2.5 kgf•m, 18 !bf.ft)
