The complete status of start accept flag is stored in the address of start accept flag in
the CPU shared memory for target CPU.
The start accept flag for 32 axes are stored corresponding to each bit.
Bits are actually set as the following:
• Q173DSCPU/Q173DCPU(-S1) : J1 to J32
• Q172DSCPU
• Q172DCPU(-S1)
