2.26 No LEDs Are Lit on the Local Alarm

The potential for electric shock exists with electrical equipment. Use cau-
tion when troubleshooting any electrical device.
1. The building supply breaker is in the ON position.

2. The Local Alarm's power supply switch is in the ON position.

3. The power supply's fuse is intact.

4. The power supply cable is connected to the Local Alarm P.C. board.

5. The facility's supply voltage is connected to the alarm's terminal block.

Turn the building supply breaker to the ON position. If this
solves the problem, go to "Final Actions" on page 2-7.
Otherwise, go to step 2.

Turn the power supply switch to the ON position. If this solves
the problem, go to "Final Actions" on page 2-7. Otherwise, go
to step 3.

Replace the power supply's fuse (refer to procedure 4.15 on
page 4-40). If this solves the problem, go to "Final Actions" on
page 2-7. Otherwise, go to step 4.

Connect the power supply cable to the Local Alarm P.C. board
(refer to procedure 4.12 on page 4-34). If this solves the prob-
lem, go to "Final Actions" on page 2-7. Otherwise, go to step 5.

Connect the facility's supply to the alarm's terminal block. For
the wiring diagram, refer to FO 3-1 at the rear of this document.
