Area Alarm

The Area Alarm consists of a rough-in assembly (AF), front panel (AE), and
Area Alarm Modules (DS) (see figure 1-6 on page 1–15).
NOTE:
The Area Alarm conversion kit rough-in components are shipped as sub-assem-
blies and installed in an existing rough-in box.
The features of the Area Alarm Modules (DS) are as follows:
Display (BH)—Displays pressure and error codes.

Low Pressure LED (AZ)—Lights a red LED when the pressure or vac-

uum is lower than the setpoint.
• Normal Pressure LED (BA)—Lights a green LED when the pressure is
normal.
• High Pressure LED (BB)—Lights a red LED when the pressure is
higher than the setpoint.
Labels (BG)—Show which type of gas the Area Alarm Module is moni-
•
toring.
