1: Odd

0: Character parity not desired
1: Desired
Bit 6 = 0, Bit 7 = 0: 1.5 stop bits
Bit 6 = 1, Bit 7 = 0: 2 stop bits
Bit 6 = 0, Bit 7 = 1: 1 stop bit
