Reset
Use the Reset Configuration page to reset the system's parameters to the factory
default settings. The Reset function overrides all previously saved configuration
changes. When you click Reset, the reset action is initiated.
To access this page, click System > Configuration Storage > Reset.

Erase Startup
Use the Erase Startup page to delete the text-based configuration file. The file is
stored in non-volatile memory. When you click Reset, the Erase Startup action is initi-
ated.
To access this page, click System > Configuration Storage > Erase Startup.

Copy
Use the Copy Configuration Files page to copy the information contained in one con-
figuration file to another configuration file on the device. When you click Submit, the
copy action takes place immediately, and the source file overwrites the destination
file.
Description
Click Save to initiate a save of all system configuration after display-
ing a confirmation message. All of the current system configuration
settings, including any that have been changed by the user, are stored
into non-volatile memory so that they are preserved across a system
reset.

Description
Click Reset to initiate the action to reset all configuration parameters
to their factory default settings after displaying a confirmation mes-
sage. All configuration changes, including those that were previously
saved, are reset in the running system by this action. It is possible that
the IP address of the switch will change. If this occurs you will need to
determine the new IP address to access the device using the web.
Description
Click Reset to initiate the action to erase the text-based configuration
file stored in non-volatile memory after displaying a confirmation mes-
sage. If the system resets and no startup-config file is found, the sys-
tem will begin the AutoInstall process to automatically update the
image and download a configuration file.
