Install the Filter

Installing the filter is a hot-swap operation. You do not need to power off the server before
installing the filter.
1. Consider your first step.
If you are replacing the filter, remove the faulty or obsolete filter first, then return to this

procedure,
If you are installing the filter as part of another component's removal or installation

procedure, go to
2. Set the bottom edge of the filter into the lip at the front of the chassis.
The left and right release levers are facing forward.
3. Pivot the filter to vertical.
The release levers snap the filter into place.
