Diagnostic Process

This table describes the diagnostic process, using different diagnostic tools through a
troubleshooting sequence.
Step Situation or Task
1. Access Oracle ILOM. See
2. Can you access Oracle ILOM?
3. Are the communication parameters configured correctly?
See "Access the SP (Oracle ILOM)" on page
4. Correct the communication parameters. Then go to Step 1.
5. Is the cabling wired correctly?

7. Is the supporting hardware functional?
