Remove an NVMe Storage Drive
After you unmount the NVMe storage drive, the steps to physically remove the dirve are the
same as the steps to remove a SAS storage dirve. For detailed instructions, see

Unmount the storage drive depending on the OS.
Use one of these methods:

Identify the physical location of the NVMe drive that you want to remove.

Verify that the OK to Remove indicator (LED) on the NVMe storage drive is lit.

Push the latch release button to open the drive latch.

Grasp the latch, and pull the drive out of the drive slot.
