In this server state, the boot sequence is finished, the OS is running, and applications are
available.

Access the SP (Oracle ILOM)
To run diagnostic and troubleshooting command outside of the OS and host console, you must
first access the SP and log on as a user recognized by the SP.
Note -
shell commands executing concurrently under each account.
