Vacuum Table Zones

The vacuum table is separated into 4 zones. Each zone has 2 vacuum ports as shown below. Rubber
strips can be used to concentrate the vacuum to specific areas.
Valves on the front of the VR48 control which zone receives vacuum. All valves are shown as closed.
The vacuum gauge displays the vacuum applied to the table. Low vacuum readings can indicate air
leaks or areas that have not been sealed off, or turned off with the zone valves. The labels below each
valve indicate the zone for which they apply. (From left to right, they apply to Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3,
and Zone 4).
To open the valves, turn the handle to the UP position.
