Refer to the following for examples of data transmission when using the
C200HG with the MC Unit mounted, the unit number of which is set to 0. In these
examples, the operand of the IOWR instruction and the transmission data are
normal.
At the time of debugging, write a ladder program to refer to the Error Flag (word
n+8 bit 14).
