Supplementary Information
When positioning using INTERRUPT INCHING, positions that are determined
after external sensors become valid will vary depending on various conditions
such as an ambient temperature. This is caused by a delay in sensing by exter-
nal sensors and the general input circuit of the MC Unit.
Shown below is a description of the MC Unit's sensing delay assuming there is
no sensing delay due to external sensors.
