Check if there were any
changes in the address
switch.
Make sure that the Units
are installed correctly.
If there is conductive mate-
rial nearby, blow air through
the Unit.
If the error occurs even af-
ter making the above cor-
rection, check noise entry
paths such as the FG and
the power supply lines and
implement noise counter-
measures as required.
If this error persists even
after you make the above
two corrections, replace the
CPU Unit or the CK3W
Unit.
