The following program demonstrates positioning in STOP MODE. The Unit
moves to the next operation after completion of the previous operation is veri-
fied.

Specifies the plane in which circular interpolation is performed.

This function specifies the plane in which circular interpolation is performed, as
shown in the following table.

This function need not be described with the MC Unit.
Circular planes are treated as X-Y plane.
This function makes it possible to transplant programs used with the
CV500-MC421 or CV500-MC221.
The following program performs circular interpolation in the X-Y plane.
