Contact the next level of support to determine if you can synchronize the
CPUs.

Determine if the inactive CPU jammed.
Note: The word yes under the Jam header indicates that the CPU
jammed. The area is blank if the CPU did not jam.
If the inactive CPU
jammed

At the CM reset terminal for the INACTIVE CPU

To release the jam on the inactive CPU, type
>\RELEASE
and press the Enter key.
RTIF response:
JAM RELEASE DONE
At the MAP terminal

To synchronize the CPUs, type
>SYNC
and press the Enter key.
If the response
indicates the SYNC command passed
indicates a problem with mismatches makes the
CPUs not in sync. Analyze the mismatch logs before
you sync again.Do you wish to continue?Please Con-
