Choose an out-of-service link.

a DLIU that is ManB, SysB, or OffL

Access the PM level of the MAP display by typing
>PM
and pressing the Enter key.

Post the LIU7 or MLIU by typing
>POST
LIU7
or
>POST
MLIU
and pressing the Enter key.

is the number of the LIU7 or MLIU (0 to 511) associated with the link
you chose in step 12
