Note: For DLIU links, in the Cell/sec and CPU Occ fields, a value of 0
(zero) means that no traffic is running, and a value greater than zero
means that traffic is running. In this example, traffic is running on the link.

running, and the linkset is InSv

Contact the far-end office. Tell far-end personnel that you have in-service or
in-service trouble links, and that the associated linkset is out of service.

To determine if the traffic has begun to run on the link, type
