Use this procedure to restore the message switch (MS) to duplex operation.
Perform this procedure to conserve emergency power after you power down
one plane of the MS.
The procedure assumes Emergency power conservation—Shutdown in this
document to remove equipment from service. Equipment must be in normal
in-service operation before the need to perform the procedure for emergency
power conservation arises.
Action
The procedure contains a flowchart and a list of steps. Use the flowchart to
