Remedy
Carry out maintenance and reset the maintenance interval (p0651).
Switch CU off and on again, upgrade firmware, or contact technical support.
The alarm is generated when p2040 ≠ 0 ms and one of the following
causes is present:
The bus connection is interrupted
Communications error (CRC, parity bit, logical error)
An excessively low value for the fieldbus monitoring time (p2040)
Check the connection to the signal source for interrupts.
Check the level of the signal supplied.
The input current measured by the analog input can be read out in r0752.
Set the keyswitch to another position (e.g. "Local" or "Remote").
Note: Active faults are acknowledged if the keyswitch is turned from the
"Off" position to "Local" or "Remote".
The Local/Remote keyswitch is set to "Local" and the drive is controlled
locally. If required, set the keyswitch to "Remote" and control it remotely.
Set the keyswitch to "Remote" position for remote control
Deactivate remote control for local control
Note: Active faults are acknowledged if the keyswitch is turned from the
"Off" position to "Local" or "Remote".
Check the following:
- Is the ambient temperature within the defined limit values?
- Are the load conditions and duty cycle configured accordingly?
- Has the cooling failed?
Check the parameterized supply voltage and if required change (p0210).
Check the line voltage.
Reduce the motor load.
Check ambient temperature.
Check the wiring and connection of the sensor.
Check and if necessary reduce the motor load.
Check the motor's ambient temperature.
Check thermal time constant p0611.
Check overtemperature fault threshold p0605.
Check that the sensor is connected correctly.
Check the parameter assignment (p0601).
Make sure that the sensor is connected correctly.
Check the parameterization (p0601).
Deactivate the temperature sensor fault (p0607 = 0).
Check the adapted parameter values and if required correct.
Increase the number of restart attempts (p1211). The actual number of
start attempts is shown in r1214.
Increase the wait time in p1212 and/or monitoring time in p1213.
Connect an ON command (p0840).
Increase the monitoring time of the power unit or switch off (p0857).
Reduce the wait time for resetting the fault counter p1213[1] so that
fewer faults are registered in the time interval.
