Function
Connection pins for crystal or other main clock
resonator
To use an external clock, connect it to X0 with X1
left open.
Connection pins for crystal or other subclock
resonator
(For slow mode: 32.768 kHz)
Memory access mode setting input pins
Connect these pins directly to Vss.
Reset I/O pin. This pin serves as an N-channel
open-drain output with pull-up resistor and as a
hysteresis input. The pin initializes the internal
circuit on reception of the L-level signal.
The pin outputs the L-level signal by the internal
reset request (optional).
General-purpose I/O ports
On the MB89120A series, these pins also serve
as external interrupt 2 input pins. External
interrupt input pins are hysteresis inputs.
General-purpose I/O ports
Output-only ports
General-purpose I/O port
This pin also serves as a serial-I/O clock input/
output pin. The pin is a hysteresis input.
General-purpose I/O port
This pin also serves as a serial-I/O data output
pin. The pin is a hysteresis input.
General-purpose I/O port
This pin also serves as a serial-I/O data input pin.
The pin is a hysteresis input.
