Group – This selects which of the Reflex groups the service is in. All services in
a group share the allocated group bit rate defined on the Transport Stream
page. A service can be outside of the groups in which case it will have a fixed bit
rate.
Target Quality – This sets an implied priority to the allocation of bit rate in the
group. The higher the quality setting, the more likely the service will get the
required bit rate when there is not enough bit rate to satisfy all requests.
Minimum Bit Rate – This sets the minimum bit rate that the service is ever
allocated. This minimum will be used even if the encoding of the video requires
less.
Maximum Bit Rate – This sets the maximum bit rate that the service is ever
allocated. This maximum will be used even if the encoding of the video requires
more.
