The Programme Rating states what the maturity rating of the current service is at.
This is determined every time a new ECM is processed.
The Card Level states what the maturity rating of the smart card in use is at. This is
determined when the smart card is inserted.
The Enter CA PIN to Unlock field is used to enter the correct CA PIN required for
overriding the Maturity Lock. This is a four digit code.
In order to override the Maturity Lock imposed by the smart card in use, the user
must enter the correct CA PIN in the Enter CA PIN to Unlock option before clicking
on Apply Changes. The web browser will report whether the change was
successful or not.

Subscription Status
This option lists the current Subscription Access Status reported by the smart card
in use.

The first column labeled Name states the name identifying the collection of
subscription services. For each collection of subscription services, one contains the
currently valid authorization, while the other contains the previously used
authorization.
The second column labeled Start Date contains start date of the authorization.
