Receiver Control

Director Provides an over air "remote control" for the receiver. This is tailored for
broadcasters with DVB-S/S2 systems. This control allows the broadcaster to:

individual receiver or a community of receivers. This is controlled by the Ericsson
Director Head-end. The unit must be tuned to the head-ends Transport Stream and
must in Over Air Control mode to respond to the majority of commands.

Set the unit into Over Air Control mode.
Download new unit code over air (perform software upgrade)
Set multiple DVB-S/S2 tuning parameters and switch to any of these sets of
parameters. These tuning parameters may also include a Service selection.
Send messages to the unit for display on its user interfaces.
Send finger print messages to be burnt on to the video output.
Customize unit features (download License keys).
Set the unit's aspect ratio.
Enable or disable front panel control.
Reboot the unit.
