Correct fusing errors
Check paper and operation
Poor fusing quality is indicated by a print image on the paper that can be wiped off
or erased.
If the fusing quality of the print image is poor, check the following points before
notifying Service as per the information in the 'Service ticket' menu:
Does the paper meet the regulations of the paper specifications (see
documents on page
Was the paper stored correctly?
Was the printing system used incorrectly (e. g. pressing on the 'ADVF' button for
too long or lowering the fusing temperature)?
