Preprinted forms
Preprinted forms must not contain metal pigmented color on the front or reverse
side.
The print color must be heat resistant (approx. 240°C for printing 7.5 x 10
and non-abrasive. Thermoplastic particles must not be released.
The print color must be completely dried through.
If a preprinted surface is to be used for printing:
- the surface must be screened
- the coverage must be less than 50%
Coated paper
Coated paper cannot contain components that could be released when heated
(240°C and above).
Storage conditions
Temperature: 18°C to 24°C
Relative humidity: 35% to 55%
