9. The port identified is the internal HSL port on the NIC card that is connected
to the FC 9074 base I/O tower with an internal ribbon cable. Exchange the
internal ribbon cable using the service information associated with FRU name
"HSL Ribbon Cable" in the Table 41 on page 710.
Note: Before exchanging the cable, if you discover that the ribbon cable is not
securely connected to the NIC, then you have the option of reseating
the ribbon cable without exchanging it.
This ends the procedure.
a. The system model is 830 or SB2.
b. The loop number is 256 decimal (01000 hexadecimal).
c. The frame ID is 0001.
d. The port number indicator in word 5 is 0000.

HSL I/O Bridge card that is connected to the NIC with an internal ribbon
cable. Exchange the internal ribbon cable using the service information
associated with FRU name "HSL Ribbon Cable" in the Table 41 on page 710.
Note: Before exchanging the cable, if you discover that the ribbon cable is not
securely connected to the HSL I/O Bridge card, then you have the
option of reseating the ribbon cable without exchanging it.
This ends the procedure.

SB2 or the processor tower on models 840 / SB3.
v For models 270, 820 and 830 / SB2 use 0001 as the frame ID for the
remainder of this procedure. Change the "From Frame ID" in the
"Appendix I. HSL Cable Location Form" on page 971 to 0001.
v For models 840 / SB3 use 0002 as the frame ID for the remainder of
this procedure. Change the "From Frame ID" in the "Appendix I.
HSL Cable Location Form" on page 971 to 0002.
