b. Disconnect all of the disk units and removable media devices by pulling
them out of the enclosure about one inch.
c. Power on the system.
Is the SRC 1xxx 1200 displayed?
Yes No

8. Perform the following:
a. Power off the system.
b. Remove the only bulk power supply installed.
c. Install one of the other bulk power supplies that was removed in step 10.
d. Power on the system.
Is the SRC 1xxx 1200 displayed?
Yes No

The bulk power supply just removed in this step is the failing item.
This ends the procedure.
9. Perform the following:
a. Remove regulator R3.
b. Power on the system.
Is the SRC 1xxx 1200 displayed?
Yes No

Regulator R3 is the failing item.
This ends the procedure.
a. Power off the system.
b. Exchange the SPCN card (see symbolic FRU "BKSPCN" on page 506).
c. Power on the system.
Is the SRC 1xxx 1200 displayed?
Yes No

The SPCN card exchanged in this step was the failing item.
This ends the procedure.
