the RMX must be reset to implement the change.

Description
By default, the Outbound Proxy Server is the same as the SIP Server.
If they differ, modify the IP address of the Outbound Proxy and the
listening port number (if required).
Note: When in IPv4&IPv6 or in IPv6 mode, it is easier to use Names
instead of IP Addresses.
Enter the port number the outbound proxy is listening to.
The default port is 5060.
