Advanced tab when monitoring conference participants.

Multiple Cascade Links connections can be monitored in the Participants list of the RMX Web
Client / RMX Manager main screen:
Polycom, Inc.
RPX - the participant's endpoint is transmitting 4:3 video format.
OTX - the participant's endpoint is transmitting 16:9 video format.
